Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once a license key has been delivered. If a product is undetected-offline at the time of your purchase and you have not yet activated the key, contact support within 24 hours for a replacement or refund. Refunds are not issued for bans, user error, or change of mind. Payments made through oplata.info are subject to that platform's own refund terms.
